Rooted in lived practice and experience, grounded in authenticity. Holding space through sacred pilgrimage, yoga and embodied coaching to support you in coming home to yourself and reclaiming your power.
Namaste, I’m Lissy
My work is rooted in a deep connection to spiritual practice, lived experience, and the transformative power of stepping outside the familiar to trust my own inner guidance.
I guide this work through multiple spaces, from yoga and embodied practice, to spiritual life coaching, ceremony, retreats, online containers to sacred pilgrimage.
With over two decades of personal practice and more than 10 years teaching and holding space around the world, this is a path I’ve lived and embodied, not just studied.
I don’t believe there’s one way to walk a spiritual path. Life can be messy, and it doesn’t always look how we think it should. This isn’t about being perfect or living a certain way, it’s about being honest with yourself, trusting your own rhythm, and finding your way back to what’s true for you.
My work is guided through lived experience, spiritual practice and the courage to step beyond what feels familiar..
My journey hasn’t been linear. It has unfolded in layers through challenge, loss and periods of deep unraveling. All of which have led me into a long process of deep inner work, spiritual practice and a returning to myself again and again.
I don’t believe in bypassing what it means to be human. This work isn’t about becoming a certain version of yourself. This work is about meeting yourself honestly, building inner trust and learning to walk your own unique path with clarity, alignment and a return to your innate power.
This is the foundation of the space I now hold.
Why I guide this work
There is something so powerful about stepping away from your everyday environment and entering into a different space ~ whether through pilgrimage, practice or dedicated inner work.
This is something I’ve experienced firsthand. It has been through stepping out of the familiar and into these spaces that I’ve been able to reconnect with myself more deeply, gain clarity, and walk a more aligned path.
Sacred places, intentional spaces, and consistent practice have the ability to open something within us that can be difficult to access in the busyness of daily life. There is also a quiet power in coming together with other women ~ being seen, supported and sharing in a collective experience of growth and transformation.
This is why I guide pilgrimages and hold these spaces, to offer others the opportunity to reconnect with themselves, return to what feels true, and share some of the mystery and magic of life that I’ve have experienced. To walk forward with clarity and alignment.

My Journey
Yoga first entered my life as a teenager, but my spiritual path truly began in 2012 in Guatemala, where I immersed myself in a month-long training in yoga, meditation, and metaphysics at Las Piramides Del Ka. Something shifted during that time, a deeper awareness, a sense of awakening and a calling towards self-discovery.
That calling led me to India, where I completed my first yoga teacher training and began what has now become over a decade of returning, living, and studying within its sacred traditions. India continues to be a place that deeply shapes both my life and my work, a spiritual home that I return to again and again.
Alongside this, I’ve always felt a deep pull towards sacred places around the world from early childhood. From early journeys to Machu Picchu, to temples across Asia including Angkor Wat, to ancient sites in Mexico, Europe, Africa, and now Egypt, I’ve found myself continually drawn to places that carry a deeper spiritual and cultural resonance.
Over time, this has expanded my understanding of pilgrimage beyond any one country or tradition. It has deepened my relationship with land, ritual, and the shared threads that exist across spiritual practices around the world.
Along the way, I’ve continued to study and train in yoga, Kundalini yoga, yoga therapy, meditation, trauma-informed practices, Reiki, sound healing, ecstatic dance, cacao facilitation, and spiritual life coaching, alongside years of immersion in retreat, ceremony and initiatory spaces.
Today, I find myself in Egypt, a place that reflects the depth and mystery I now hold space for. This path is not something I separate from my work; it is the foundation of it.
