Honouring the spirit through movement, ritual, and journey. A space for sacred pilgrimage, yoga, and soul-led coaching for women seeking deeper connection, clarity, and transformation

I’m Lissy

I’m so happy you’ve found your way here. Welcome!

I’ve spent over a decade travelling and living in India, immersed in yoga, spiritual study, and embodied healing practices, including time in ashrams and walking sacred paths. This has deeply shaped both my life and my work.

Alongside this, I’ve been continually drawn to sacred places around the World, from Machu Picchu to Angkor Wat, Glastonbury Tor to Ancient Egypt, and many places in between. I am in a constant relationship with ancient sites and landscapes that hold depth, memory, and meaning.

Through this, I now guide sacred pilgrimages, yoga practices, ceremony and spiritual coaching for women seeking deeper connection, clarity, and transformation.

The Way I Guide

My approach is rooted in lived experience, embodied practice and deep presence.

I don’t believe there is one way to walk a spiritual path, and I’m not here to guide you into becoming anything other than who you are at your core.

This work isn’t about bypassing, ‘fixing’, or escaping. It’s about meeting yourself honestly where you are, as you are, and learning to trust your own unique way of moving through life.

Through yoga, coaching, retreat, ceremony, transformational containers and pilgrimage, I hold spaces that support you to reconnect with your body, your emotions, your inner knowing and what feels true for you.

From there, things begin to shift, not because you’ve changed who you are, but because you’ve come home to yourself

Why I guide this work.

Why I guide this work.

Why I guide this work. Why I guide this work.

There is something powerful about stepping away from your everyday life and placing yourself in a different environment, whether through pilgrimage, practice, ceremony or dedicated inner work. This is something I’ve experienced firsthand, many times over. It’s been through stepping out of the familiar and into these spaces that I’ve been able to reconnect with myself more deeply, gain clarity and have the confidence to walk a path and a life that truly feels like mine.

Over time, I’ve come to see how powerful these spaces can be, especially when you’re willing to meet yourself honestly within them. There’s also something about doing this alongside other women. The connection, the shared experience, the way you’re seen and supported, it creates a depth that’s hard to access on your own. And I’ve also seen how many women feel the call to places like India, but don’t always feel drawn to do it alone.

This is why I guide this work. To create spaces where you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. To support you in stepping into something deeper and more aligned. And to experience what becomes possible when you give yourself the space to truly meet yourself.

My Path

My spiritual journey began in 2012 in Guatemala, where I immersed myself in a month-long training in yoga, meditation and metaphysics at Las Piramides Del Ka. It was there that something awakened, a calling that led me to India and onto a path of self-enquiry. Over the past decade, I’ve travelled extensively through India, completing my first yoga teacher training and continuing to study practices such as Kundalini yoga, yoga therapy, Reiki, sound healing, ecstatic dance djing,

spiritual life coaching and cacao facilitation. Alongside India, I’ve always felt a strong pull ever since I was a child towards sacred sites around the world and inspired by my overseas adventures with my family. From early journeys through Central and South America, including ancient sites such as Machu Picchu in Peru, to temples across Asia like Angkor Wat and other sacred places throughout Mexico, Europe, Africa, Egypt and beyond. I’ve found myself drawn to places from a young age that hold a deeper energetic and spiritual significance.

Over time, I’ve come to understand pilgrimage as something that isn’t fixed to one place, but something that lives through connection with sacred land wherever you find it. This path now informs the work I offer and am so passionate about. Facilitating spaces for women to reconnect with themselves through practice, ceremony, retreats, pilgrimage and inner transformation

“The journey through India felt like an invitation rather than an itinerary. Lissy created an experience that was both grounded and illuminating, playful and profound. Kindred spirits quickly became friends and left feeling like family. Thank you for creating the space and offering a beautiful introduction to the wonder and alchemy that is India.”

“I joined the pilgrimage with no expectations and did very little research beforehand, wanting to experience through my own eyes. Every moment was a learning experience. The yoga practices were a wonderful bonus, and the itinerary was thoughtfully structured. I feel very lucky to have had such an amazing experience and will be forever grateful to Lissy for holding space for all of the amazing women and sharing this incredible journey with us.”

— Abbie
